What is PaxoData?

PaxoData is a managed digital knowledge base for organisations that use many work instructions, manuals, product information or service procedures.
Important information is often scattered across Word files, PDF manuals and shared folders. Employees know the answer exists somewhere, but waste time searching or accidentally use an outdated version.
PaxoData makes the content of those documents searchable. An employee might ask: Which warranty applies to this product? The system looks at the meaning of the question, not just individual words, and provides an answer with the relevant sources.
The service is particularly useful for helpdesks, technical teams, internal sales, onboarding and organisations with recurring information requests.

Document and question allowances are fair-use limits for ordinary office files. We will contact you at 80% usage. There are no unexpected automatic charges or immediate blocks. Extra capacity, large scans, special integrations and higher volumes are always agreed in advance.

The public demo uses fictional documents and answers only. After activation, subscribing customers receive a private workspace with their company name, users and sources.
FAQ
Clarity before your documents are processed
Which files can I upload?
During the introduction PaxoData supports PDF, DOC and DOCX. We will check together if scanned documents contain sufficiently identifiable text.
Can PaxoData invent information?
PaxoData is ordered to reply only from your sources. If there is insufficient evidence, the system reports that the answer cannot be reliably derived from the knowledge base.
Can other customers see our documents?
No. Each organization has its own protected workspace, encrypted document storage and a separate search index.
What happens if our knowledge base grows?
Use and waiting times are monitored. When more capacity is needed, Pax Digitalis can add an additional processing node without rebuilding your knowledge environment.
Can PaxoData be used with Paxomail?
Yes. The same approved company knowledge can help employees find information and help Paxomail draft accurate email replies, with separate permissions and controls.
Can I subscribe directly?
PaxoData is coming soon. We are expanding capacity first. You can view the demo or request information; subscriptions and payments are temporarily unavailable.
