No. Paxomail prepares every reply as a draft. An authorised team member reviews it and explicitly approves every email before sending.
02What happens if information is missing or a question deviates?
Then Paxomail reports that manual control is required. You decide in advance which types of questions may and may not be prepared.
03Are our emails used to train general AI models?
No, not without a separate and express agreement. For commissioning, we record the data processing and required suppliers in the agreement and, where necessary, a processor agreement.
04Can Paxomail connect to our existing mailbox?
The first product version connects to Microsoft 365. Mailbox, access rights and safe test procedure will be agreed with you in advance.
